IMPROVEMENT OF ACCESSIBILITY AVELLANERS 3-5

With the aim of extending the life of the existing housing stock, this project is proposed in order to provide the building with the conditions of universal accessibility currently required.
An element absent from the main volume is proposed that solves the vertical communication between the different floors.
The chosen materiality seeks to integrate into the urban fabric as well as not compete with the existing building.
